Swampfoot 4 Mile

About Us

Swampfoot 4 Mile is an all out foot race packed with over 35 obstacles! The race will be held at Rattle Run Farms, a 200 acre working farm in Saint Clair, Michigan. A portion of the proceeds from Swampfoot 4 Mile will be benefiting Liberty Riders, Inc. and the Lone Survivor Foundation.

Swampfoot 4 Mile was created by John Cook and Kurt Brinker who wanted to produce a race like no other. The course created blends a cross-country foot race with obstacles similar to those found in military style confidence courses.

Rattle Run Farms hosts Liberty Riders, Inc. which is a non-profit therapeutic riding program dedicated to teach children and adults with disabilities how to ride horses and experience riding activities.
