Rules

- Swampfoot is a foot race only.
- Entry fees are non-refundable.
- Swamp Foot 4 Mile contestants must be 13 years
or older.
- Mighty Might contestants must be 8-12 years old.
- Every participant must sign a liability waiver.
Contestants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present
to sign for them.
- No pushing, fighting or foul play. You will be
disqualified and may be removed from the race.
- You must complete every obstacle in the correct
manner, and stay within the marked boundaries. Failure to do so
may disqualify you from placing (You will be allowed to complete
the race.)
- Swampfoot will go on no matter the weather. Swampfoot
will be delayed if lightning is present.
- You will get muddy, wet, and cold. Wear what
you want. Swampfoot will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
- Spikes are prohibited.
- Have fun, be courteous and be safe.
